Cancellation & Modification

At Classic™, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, we're here to assist—within certain timeframes and conditions outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@classicgarage.shop. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

2. Order Modifications

We allow order modifications within 12 hours of purchase. Modifications include changes to:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Product variant (e.g., size, color)
  • Quantity adjustments

To request a modification, email us with your order number and details of the change. After the 12-hour window, we cannot guarantee any changes due to processing timelines.

3. Customized or Made-to-Order Items

Orders that include custom-made or made-to-order products are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. These products are built to your specifications and begin production shortly after the order is placed.
