1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@classicgarage.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@classicgarage.shop.
