6. Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Classic™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement at no cost to you.
