• International: 7–14 business days

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Viettel Post, and national postal services depending on your region. Carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

6. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Classic™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement at no cost to you.
